TP-Link is a global hardware manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China. They specialize in networking and smart home technologies. Their products are sold in technology retail stores all around the world.
For TP-Link, we built a web application for their service department that seamlessly integrated into their SAP ERP system. The web application was built using a Python and Flask library front-end and a MySQL back-end. It features a modular design which allowed us to customize its functionality to fit the needs of the client--and allows us to add new functionalities as needed.
Some of the functionalities of the application include an internal announcement system, an invoicing system, an internal newsletter management module, and an internal file storage system. Because the company is very large, this interconnectivity has greatly improved upon the efficiency of internal communications. The application also collects important information about site visitors and usage, which it can create custom reports about.

The application is equipped with an internal search engine that lets users sort through all stored information, data, and reports. Users have control over where the search engine directs its search and how specifically it searches for the verbiage provided. It is also equipped with an embedded real-time Google translation functionality, allowing users to change the written language of the application on the fly.
