Project Overview
Nemko Group modernized its processes by leveraging the Microsoft 365 platform, integrating an AI-powered solution utilizing Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI. This transformation enables customers to easily access relevant documents and public compliance materials for electrical equipment, and also allows them to ask generic questions about compliance—for example, “What are the compliances for a 50-inch television to be set up in Norway?” This approach streamlines workflows, improves efficiency, and provides quick, reliable answers.
